[LEGAL: insert reviewed text here] We process most of your data under the lawful basis of contract (delivering the homeowner portal you signed up for). Marketing emails are sent only with explicit consent and you can withdraw consent at any time from your account page.

Use the controls on your account page to export a JSON copy of your data or to request account deletion. Deletion completes 30 days after request to allow accidental requests to be cancelled.
